Dooner Designs (doonerdesigns.com) is a small studio in Santa Cruz County, California. This page says what we collect and why, in plain language. It is not legal advice.
What we may collect
- Appointment / contact form: name, email, phone (if you give it), and the work notes you type. Submitting does not book a slot; Mike reviews before anything is locked.
- Purchases: email and name for digital kit delivery. Payment details are handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
- Email delivery: purchase and transactional messages via Resend (or similar), from an address such as mike@doonerdesigns.com.
- Site hosting / delivery: Cloudflare may process basic request data to keep the site and file downloads working.
We do not ask you to paste student PII or client / customer PII into the contact form. Teachers and realtors: keep names, grades, IEP/504 detail, MLS photos, real addresses, and private client data out of tools and forms.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not run ads from this site’s contact data. We do not ask for student or client confidential files through the form.
Who else may see data
- Stripe — payments for digital kits
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, and download delivery as configured
- Resend — sending purchase or reply email
How long
Purchase records as long as the law requires. Contact notes until you ask us to remove them, or until they are no longer needed to help you.
