Refund Policy

Digital kits are sold via Stripe and delivered as a download.
No refund after download.
If the files will not open, or the download is broken, email mike@doonerdesigns.com within 7 days. We will replace the files.
We do not refund because you wanted a different style, a different AI host, a custom build, or a different kit. If you could not access the files at all, write to us and we will make the download right.
Chargebacks should be a last resort. Email first.
Amazon Kindle and paperback purchases follow Amazon’s refund policies.
