What we sell
Digital prompt kits and bot templates (download after Stripe checkout), when listed for sale:
- Individuals — $49 — personal bot instruction pack
- Shops — $49 — shop bot instruction pack
- Teachers — $49 — prompt + template kit for classroom and admin drafting
Realtors kit — $99 digital download. Fair Housing and NAR walls ship in the kit and on the product page. Drafts only; never call output compliant.
Amazon books (Kindle / paperback when listed) are sold by Amazon under Amazon’s terms. Dooner Designs may earn as an Amazon Affiliate on qualifying purchases.
License (kits)
Commercial use is included for your own work and your client work. You may not resell, share as a product, or republish the kit files, or list them on another marketplace.
Draft-only honesty
Kit and consultancy outputs are drafts. You review, edit, send, post, book, and grade. We do not take the keyboard for you. Nothing auto-sends. This is not legal, tax, medical, fair-housing, FERPA, or district-policy advice.
What you do not get
A software rebuild, a subscription SaaS, custom design by default, legal counsel, or guaranteed income outcomes. Discovery Chat, Workflow Sprint, and Advisory Retainer are scoped with you; Sprint and Retainer fees are negotiable and usually scoped after Discovery.
Law
Governed by the laws of California and the United States, except where a consumer law says otherwise.
